Ensuring young people are understood

We work as a multi-disciplinary team to understand the young person and their network so we can make their environment work for them, and we address the obstacles that inhibit young people in care from receiving the mental health support they need.

Too often young people in care are branded as a problem when they simply have unaddressed needs.  At Selenos we dig deep to recognise each young person’s unique needs and work as a team to ensure all those who care for them can support them to meet those needs.
